Narrative
WILLIAM STURGILL and his wife Francis lived in Wise Co. VA. There is some question as to whether Francis was a Boggs or a Mullins. Some of their descendants say one and some say the other. She may have been a widow. No marriage record was found. After the death of William the four younger children lived with their grandparents, Andrew & Nancy, where they are shown in the census of 1870. - pg 99
