Narrative
ANDREW STURGILL was born in Ashe Co NC. After the death of his father (1845) his mother moved the family to Letcher Co. KY where she married a widower, Alexander Hall. Andrew later married Dicey Hall, daughter of Alexander, they made their home in Letecher Co. where all their children were born. - pg 103
